Meet the Owners

 

Amanda Matson

Ever since graduating from culinary school, Amanda wanted to own her own bakery. She knew that she wanted to open up a bakery where her customers could have a one-stop sweet stop for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. She spent quite some time working as the head baker for a local catering company before she decided to venture out on her own. When she is not whipping it up in the kitchen, she spends her time being a fabulous mother to her two beautiful kids and her four-legged baby.

 

Emily Smith

Growing up in her Paw-Paw’s restaurant, she always knew that she wanted to be in food. She just didn’t know until her high school culinary arts class that desserts is what she wanted to do. She did her externship at a local catering company where she met Amanda. They both got along so well that they decided to open up their own bakery together. When she is not mixing up in the kitchen, she is busy being an awesome mama to her four-legged fur baby.
